Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy only applies to preorders.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment on the exact date of the sale in order to allocate proceeds for product production.
You can cancel a pre-order order within 7 days, so long as the order has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
